TAKE THE NEXT STEP
WITH STEPS PDX SCHOOL
YOUTH AND PRE-PROFESSIONAL CLASSES THIS 2024/25 SEASON
NEXT ENROLLMENT | SEPTEMBER 2025
STEPS PDX SCHOOL FOCUSES ON QUALITY OF MOVEMENT, DEVELOPING ARTISTRY, BUILDING STRENGTH, AND INTEGRITY AS AN ARTIST AND HUMAN
Artistic Director, Kathryn Harden and Artistic Staff, have carefully curated the curriculum to challenge the physical and technical abilities of each individual dancer, in a safe and positive environment. Dancers are placed in levels based on ability, not age, in order to benefit the most from their training. Progression into each level is earned through hard work, determination, and discipline. Enrollment dates are September 2024 and January 2025.
Performance experience is a fundamental part of training. Dancers have the opportunity to perform in Nightmare Before Christmas in December 2024 and BLOOM in June 2025, as well as in studio showcases.
